For smaller firms

Everyone has one thing that eats the week.

We fix that one thing. Fixed price, two or three weeks, no retainer.

Tell us what yours is

You probably recognise at least one of these.

A spreadsheet nobody trusts

Somebody built it three years ago. It half works. Everyone has their own copy, and none of them agree.

The same numbers typed in twice

Once into the accounting system, once into whatever the business actually runs on.

Chasing money by memory

You know roughly who owes you. Roughly is expensive.

Month-end takes a week

And by the time it’s finished the information is too old to change anything.

Reports that get rebuilt every month

The same export, the same copy-paste, the same three hours. Every single month.

Records that are always behind

Not because anyone is lazy. Because it’s nobody’s actual job.

None of these need a consultant with a methodology. They need someone to sit down, work out where the time goes, and build the thing that removes it.

Two ways in

Small, fixed, and finished.

Bookkeeping

Your records kept properly and on schedule — transactions recorded to trial balance, bank and supplier statements reconciled, purchase and sales documents processed, payroll run from your own data.

Any sector. A startup setting up properly from day one, a shop, an agency, a care provider, a garage. Subcontractors and CIS if that is your world — not if it isn’t.

Your accountant gets clean records instead of a shoebox. You get to stop thinking about it.

From £300 / month

One thing fixed

We pick the single worst part of your month and remove it. A tracker that maintains itself. An automation that routes documents. A costing sheet that actually adds up. A dashboard you open instead of rebuilding.

Two to three weeks. Fixed price, agreed before we start.

From £750 one-off

Take either. Take both. There’s no package you have to buy first.

Any sector.

The construction work we’re known for is where our deepest knowledge sits — subcontractor billing, job costing, retentions. But a reconciliation that takes half a day takes half a day whether you’re a wholesaler, an agency, a care provider or a garage.

Bookkeeping is bookkeeping. A spreadsheet that should be a system is a spreadsheet that should be a system.

What we don’t do

We are not a firm of accountants. No statutory accounts, no HMRC agent, no tax advice.

If we spot something in your records that looks off, we’ll tell you what we’ve seen and suggest you put it to your accountant. We won’t tell you what the answer is — that’s their job, and we’ll happily introduce you if you don’t have one.

What eats your week?

Tell us in a sentence. If it’s something we can fix, we’ll tell you what it would take and what it costs. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.
